Mrs. Wiley has a new role this school year, Social Work Intern with Mrs. Graham.


Due to ongoing painting in the SES gym over the next couple of weeks, there are a few changes for the following:
5/6 Girls Basketball:
July 8th - Cancelled
July 15th - HS gym starting at 5 PM
5/6 Boys Basketball:
July 11th - HS Gym starting at 7 PM
July 18th - HS Gym starting at 7 PM

This Thursday, June 13th we are moving the SMS XC Fun Run to 7-8am due to the anticipated heat forecast. This will be determined weekly moving forward.

JH XC started their Fun Runs for this summer! They run Tuesday's from 7-8 AM and Thursday's from 3-4 PM @ Tabor Park.


Elayna Dowds, Daisy Ernst, and Lucas Wiltermood have worked hard this quarter being respectful, following expectations, and being leaders in the classroom. They earned enough points to be Facebook famous with a teacher of their choice. Mrs.Lee, Mrs.Leach, and Mrs. Guyot were their choices. Great job!




We are still accepting camp forms for SMS Softball camps! Get them turned in ASAP! Check out this great opportunity for incoming 5th - 8th grade girls interested in playing softball! Camp flyers are available in the HS and ES office!

This is just a reminder for all girls currently in grades 4th-7th grade. If you have not turned in your basketball skills training form, please do so by tomorrow. Walk ins are welcome, but will not receive a t-shirt. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you next week!

Aubrey Fultz earned dojo points by showing good character, being hardworking in the classroom, and always being a positive role model for her peers. As a result she could choose a teacher to be facebook famous with. She chose Mr. Campbell! Well done!

Kenleigh Harshbarger was the winner of the PTO silent auction for ClassDojo points in Mrs. McCain's class. She couldn't wait to spend her points on new desk pets and accessories. Thank you PTO for all that you do.


For the past 6-weeks, students and staff at Sullivan Elementary School have participated in the SES Fitness Challenge. Today, the entire student body and staff wrapped up the challenge with the first annual "SES FUN RUN". Everyone had a FANTASTIC time!
Thank you to Mrs. Leach and her fantastic team for the organization of the program and events. Thank you to the students and staff for such enthusiastic participation. Thank you to the Sullivan Police Department and the City of Sullivan for blocking off the fun run route around the lake at Wyman.
