5th and 6th Grade Lady Redskins Basketball tipped off last night! Both levels played excellent games vs Tri-County. The Lady Redskins are back in action at home again this evening vs Mattoon starting at 6 PM in the SES Gym! Be sure to come check out a game or two this year if you get a chance! Ms. Basham's class filled our bucket and earned a cotton candy party today! They have worked hard, have been kind and have been leaders everyday 🩷🩵







2nd grade reads the book, The Wild Robot each year. This year, with the movie coming out, they got to go see their favorite characters come to life at the movie theater.






Last week, Mrs. Becker's class had so much fun at the apple orchard. A huge thank you to our PTO for making this happen !

SES Art Club begins this week(9/17 & 9/19)! 4th grade students will meet on Tuesdays and 5th grade students will meet on Thursdays. We will dismiss students at 4:00. Parents can pick their student up at the East Entrance by the SES office. Please park in the parking lot and walk to the doors to pick your child up. We are excited for a great year of SES Art Club!!

SES will be focused on recognizing student leaders this school year. These students were chosen by staff members as "Kindness Leaders" and were recognized in front of the whole student body.



In September, SES will focus on being Empathetic to others. A trait that is important at school, home, and everywhere!
