The National English Honor Society is partnering with Santa again! Santa wants to hear from you, and he WILL be writing back! Our NEHS elves are already working with several SES teachers, but there is also a red mailbox on the Square where you can drop off your Santa letter! No plans this Saturday evening, December 6? Come and join us for Movie Night on the upper level of the SHS Gym. We will be showing not one, but TWO holiday movies to enjoy! So wear your comfy clothes, grab some friends and we will see you at 5:00 p.m. for the first movie, with a second movie to follow at 7:30 p.m. $3.00 for one movie or $5.00 for a double feature. Mark you calendars for an evening of holiday music and a celebration of our talented Sullivan music students! The Sullivan Music Program is proud to present its 2025 Winter Concert on December 10th, 2025 in the Sullivan Middle School Gymnasium.
The Choral Program Performance will be at 6 PM and will feature the Sullivan Singers Mini, Sullivan Middle School Choir, Sullivan Singers Jr, and Sullivan Singers.
The Band Program Performance will be at 7 PM and will feature the 6th Grade Band, 7th/8th Grade Band, High School Band, and Jazz Combo.
Come out and support our amazing students and enjoy a wonderful evening of music!

🏐 4th Bird Cage Classic All-Star Game — Warrensburg-Latham 🏐
Sullivan was proudly represented today by Aeralyn Thrasher, who competed in the South Region at this year’s 4th Bird Cage Classic All-Star Game.
Aeralyn’s performance stood out in a gym full of talent — she was awarded Most Outstanding Player of the South Region.
Her hard work, leadership, and competitiveness continue to shine, and we couldn’t be more proud to see her representing Sullivan volleyball at such a high level.

Members of the Band Program represented Sullivan on Saturday at the ILMEA All-District Festival at Eastern Illinois!
Junior high band members included Everett Finn (trumpet), Miriam Parri (trombone), Olivia Swinford (trumpet), and Sarah Windhorst (flute).
Our high school band member was Gavin Wade (alto saxophone).
Participants rehearsed for about 6 hours on Saturday and each group concluded with a 4-piece concert performance. The event was the culmination of a highly competitive audition and selection process from schools and students across Central Illinois. Each student had to prepare two required etudes and a sheet of scales that covered nearly the full range on their respective instruments. Auditions were scored by judges and the top scores from each instrument category were then selected to the Junior and Senior Bands.
Congratulations on an awesome performance and achievement!
