We had a wonderful helper in 4th grade today. Mrs.Risley taught Mrs.Hendry’s class to sew buttons while making poppies in preparation for Veteran’s Day.



Mrs. Drollinger’s class is happy to welcome McKenzie back to SES! She is happy to be a Sullivan Redskin again!


Mr. Campbell’s students have been learning how energy can be stored in food, batteries, gasoline, and even rubber bands. Today each student built an amusement park ride that used stored energy from rubber bands to create the fastest, most exciting ride!

We did it! We met our first goal. Mrs.Hendry’s class met their reading fluency goal in 1st semester. Thanks Monicals Pizza!!


First grade has been learning all about apples. Mrs. Fultz and Mrs. Becker’s classes came together to use some of their apples to make apple crisp. Each student peeled their own apple and helped mix the topping.


Mrs. Becker’s class wrote about and made scarecrows with the help of their 4th grade reading buddies from Mr. Campbell’s class.
