SES families, we have been introducing our students to the ZONES OF REGULATION. This is a social-emotional learning curriculum, used to teach children self-regulation and emotional control. It’s working great and we’d like to share it with you at home! Basically, there are four colors to represent the zones: BLUE (sad, tired, hurt), RED (angry, out of control), YELLOW (frustrated, hungry, silly), and GREEN (happy, calm, ready to learn). SES Parents....Picture Day is Tuesday, September 22nd. Pictures will be taken in the bus garage to allow student to safely take off their masks for their pictures. In-person learners will have their pictures taken throughout the school day. Remote learners can come to the bus garage for their picture during the scheduled times below: 1:00 Pre-K/Kindergarten Remote Learners 1:20 1st Grade and 2nd Grade Remote Learners 1:40 3rd Grade and 4th Grade Remote Learners Order forms were sent home with in-person learners. Remote learners may come into the office to pick up an order form or go online and place your picture order. Please call the school if you have any questions.
