The Lady Redskins battled all the way to the final whistle, coming up just short in the Sectional Championship, 25–21, against Lawrenceville Parkview. At last nights Regional Championship game, the IESA handed out sportsmanship pins to an individual from each team. Addy Hendry was the recipient from Sullivan! She represented our school with tremendous enthusiasm and pride! Here is the criteria for the award: A closer look at the IESA Outstanding Sportsmanship Pin 🎖️ The Outstanding Sportsmanship Pin is awarded throughout the state series to one member from each team in recognition of exemplary sportsmanship. Recipients of this honor consistently display a positive attitude toward teammates, opponents, and officials. They show a commitment to giving their best effort in the game and always maintain respectful conduct towards those around them. Additionally, they exhibit positive body language that uplifts and inspires both teammates and peers. This recognition celebrates athletes who embody the values of sportsmanship and enhance the competitive spirit of the game. Way to go Addy! We are so proud of you! #OneTribe

Due to Bethany power not being restored by the anticipated time, tonight's 5/6 Boys Basketball game has been cancelled. The boys are on their way back to Sullivan.

REGIONAL CHAMPS! HUGE Congratulations to our 8th Grade Lady Redskins on winning the Regional Championship this evening. They defeated Tolono Unity 33-27 and advance to the Sectional Championship at Teutopolis JH on Wednesday night starting at 6 PM. Way to go ladies! We are so proud of you! #OneTribe

SMS 8th Grade Lady Redskins get the win over Tuscola this evening in another instant classic! The Lady Reds advance to the Regional Championship game to be played Monday night @ Paris Mayo vs Tolono Unity starting at 6 PM! Good luck ladies! #OneTribe

The SMS Lady Redskins are victorious over Paris Mayo and advance to the second round of the Regional Tournament. The Lady Reds will take on Tuscola East Prairie in the 3rd installment of their battles this season! They will play at approximately 7:15 tomorrow night (12/5) in Paris Mayo! Go Lady Redskins! #OneTribe

Location Change (12/9): 5/6 Boys Basketball game @ Okaw Valley next Tuesday, December 9th starting at 5:30 PM. The location has been adjusted. Game will now be played in Bethany @ Okaw Valley High School.

8th Grade Regional Tournament Schedule Update (12/2): Tonight's contest has been postponed due to Shelbyville not being in session today and being unable to travel to Paris-Mayo tonight, the IESA and Paris-Mayo have decided to move the tournament to the following dates.

Regional schedule will now be as follows:

First Round - Thursday (12/4) - 7 PM for Sullivan @ Paris Mayo
Second Round - Friday (12/5) - If Sullivan wins, 7:15 PM @ Paris Mayo
Championship - Monday (12/8) - If Sullivan wins, 6:00 PM @ Paris Mayo

**The girls will now practice after school today (12/2) and tomorrow (12/3) from 3:30 - 5:00 PM.**

The 7th Grade Sullivan Lady Redskins wrapped up their season with a tough 25–34 loss to Paris Mayo this evening. Sullivan finishes an impressive season with a 15–6 final record! We are so very proud of them and cannot wait to see what the future holds for these ladies! Go Lady Redskins! #OneTribe

Schedule Update (12/8): 5/6 Boys Basketball game @ Forsyth Grade School on December 8th, start time has been bumped back to a 6 PM start from the original 5:30 PM start. Game will now be played at 6 PM on Monday, December 8th at Forsyth Grade School. Go Redskins! #OneTribe

The 7th Grade Sullivan Lady Redskins turned in a dominant performance against Shelbyville, cruising to a commanding 44–7 victory. From the opening tip, Sullivan controlled the pace, locked in defensively, and never let Shelbyville find a rhythm. The offense moved the ball with confidence, creating high-quality looks and piling up points while the defense allowed just seven the entire game. With the win, Sullivan improves to 15–5 on the season. Next up: The Lady Redskins are back in action Monday night at 7:15 PM. Way to go Lady Redskins! #OneTribe

As a result of showing good character in the classroom, Jackie Lancaster & Alayja Hogan were chosen to lead the Sullivan Lady Redskins onto the court tonight! Way to go girls! Go Lady Redskins!
