At last night's Sectional Championship game, the IESA handed out sportsmanship pins to an individual from each team. Addy Hendry was the recipient from Sullivan!

The 8th Grade Lady Redskins unfortunately fall in two close sets to Lawrenceville-Parkview this evening. This group of girls has been nothing short of spectacular. They have accomplished so much this year and have so much to be proud of.

-Regional Champs
-Started the season 2-6 and went 12-1 to finish the season.
Additional tidbit on this Sullivan 8th Grade Girls class. They have won a Regional Championship and Conference Championship in Softball, Basketball, and Volleyball this year. Along with a Sectional Championship and Conference Championship in XC.

Good luck to our 8th Grade Lady Redskins who compete for a Sectional Championship and a chance to punch their ticket to the State Tournament tonight! The Lady Redskins will play Lawrenceville-Parkview @ Teutopolis Junior High School starting at 6 PM!
The team will have an escort out of town on their way to the game. Be sure to fill up the square and send the team off to their Sectional Championship! They will depart the school at 4 PM.
Admission for the Sectional is $5 for everyone above the age of 5.

BIG night at Sullivan Middle School tonight! We have the JHOC Conference Scholastic Bowl tournament starting at 4 PM where our squad looks to stay undefeated and potentially bring home a conference tournament championship! We also have our 8th Grade Lady Redskins Volleyball team competing in a rematch from earlier this season against Shelbyville for the Regional Championship starting at 6 PM! The Sullivan Lady Redskins are advancing to the 8th Grade Regional Championship game! The ladies defeated #1 seed ALAH in 2 sets! They will take on the winner of Shelbyville vs Tuscola tomorrow night starting at 6 PM in the SMS Gym! Sullivan Middle School is looking forward to hosting the JHOC Scholastic Bowl conference tournament tomorrow night (3/12) in the middle school! Sullivan is currently undefeated in their regular season and is in pursuit of a conference tournament championship tomorrow night! Bracket is attached. We are underway at the IESA 7th Grade Class 3A Sectional Championship!

SMS Track Open Gym (3/10): Due to the potential severe weather risk tomorrow, limited gym space with the middle school band concert, and conflicts with other sport practices, we are going to cancel track open gym and the parent meeting for Tuesday, March 10th. We will reschedule the parent meeting to Wednesday, March 11th at 4:30pm in SES Gym and continue as scheduled for the open gyms on Wednesday and Thursday (3:30-4:15pm).

JH Scholastic Bowl Update (3/10): In order to accommodate for the band concert at Sullivan on Tuesday night, start times have been bumped up for the Sullivan matches at Atwood-Hammond Grade School. Sullivan will now play at 3:45 and 4:45 for their two matches that evening. Good luck and Go Redskins! #OneTribe
It was a great morning of volleyball and our 8th Grade Lady Redskins were victorious over Meridian in two sets (25-7, 25-11)! The girls advance in the Regional tournament and will have an opportunity to face ALAH for a 3rd time this season! It is gearing up to be a big night in the SMS gym on Wednesday night. The girls will take on ALAH starting at 6 PM in the SMS gym on Wednesday night (3/11). Be sure to come out and PACK the place to cheer our girls on to the Regional Championship game!
