SMS Cross Country competed yesterday at Allerton Park with the boys finishing in 2nd place and girls finishing in 1st! Top ten finishers for the boys were Johnathon Iacobazzi in 2nd, Curtis Kite in 4th, and Mason Booker in 5th! Top ten finishers for the girls were Mae Dawkins in 1st, Brooklyn Booker in 5th, Devon Richardson in 9th and Eiley Poe in 10th! Way to go, Redskins!! #onetribe

Mrs. Seeley’s Early Childhood class had spent the first three weeks of school studying the colors red, blue, and yellow. We have practiced finding examples of these colors in the world around us by looking for examples of them in the halls of SES.

Boys’ Baseball drops two on the road at Charleston, both 4-1. Baseball resumes play Saturday morning at 10 at LSA. The Middle School Cross Country team finished a heated meet in Shelbyville. Three boys finished in the top 20. Johnathan Iacobazzi in 6th, Curtis Kite in 11th, and Mason Booker in 16th. The girls had two top 20 finishers. Mae Dawkins in 14th and Devon Richardson in 16th. Their next meet will be September 10th in Allerton Park. #onetribe
