Sullivan FCCLA recently collected canned food items for their Super Bowl Can Drive February 2nd-February 9th. We are happy to report that we collected over 300 cans that were donated by SES, SMS, and SHS students! In the Elementary school, the 3rd grade team collected the most cans, while 7th grade took the SMS win with 41 cans. At SHS, the junior class led the way with most cans collected. These cans were delivered to the Moultrie County CEFS by FCCLA members during their advisory.

Congratulations to the Lady Redskins Basketball team who came out victorious tonight over Cumberland, 52-48 in overtime!
The victory earns them an undefeated Lincoln Prairie Conference season and regular season championship!!!

Mrs. Badman and Mrs. Kirby's dual credit classes took their semester trip to the Lake Land library to find resources for their research paper, followed by a delicious lunch at Angelo's. A big thank you to the Lake Land librarians and staff at Angelo's for hosting us!

It's February for SHS sports, which means time for post-season play! Lots of events going on this week!

Our SHS Girls Basketball team earned the #4 seed in their IHSA subsectional next week, with a first round bye!
All regional games will be at home starting Monday, February 12th!

Sullivan FCCLA is hosting a Super Bowl Can Drive starting on Monday February 5th and running through Friday February 9th. Boxes will be available in the SES Lobby and in the SHS Lobby for donation to support your favorite teams! The grade level that collects the most cans will receive a prize! Help us collect cans for our local food pantries!

Mrs. Kirby's Modern US History classes had a special visitor in Miss Lawson who came to speak about the Holocaust. Students were able to hear about her many stories of visiting with survivors, and her knowledge of what took place.


This morning at our Spanish club meeting, we wrote our annual Valentine’s Day cards for our beloved senior citizens, and other hard working members in the school community.
