A huge showing for our HS Boys Track team last night at the LPC Track meet, they came home with 8 1st place medals out of 18 events en route to the championship!
HS Track comes home with 2 trophies tonight at the LPC Meet! Boys win 1st place and Girls win 2nd place!
The LPC Winning 4 x 200 of Hodge, Richardson, Kelly, Dyer set a new conference record of 1:50 today!
1st Place All-Conference finish and new conference record of 12:33 in the 2 mile for Julia Moody today!

SHS's newest collegiate athlete, Tessa Seeley, signed her letter of intent to play volleyball at Lake Land College in the fall!

For anyone going to the LPC Track Meet in Argenta-Oreana tomorrow, here are some reminders from AO:
- $5.00 admission for all. Field events start at 2:00.
- No parking in the bus drive between the school and the football field. Parking is available to the south and west of the high school or under the water tower to the south of the field.
- AOHS is a dog and pet free campus. Fans with pets will be asked to leave. Service animals are welcome.
The outgoing NEHS and NHS officers were treated to lunch today as a thank you for all they have done in our organizations this year. These young women exemplify what it means to be a true leader. (Linnéa Graham not pictured.)
Schedule Changes:
- The HS Baseball game @ Tri-County (Shiloh) has been rescheduled to 5/9. We will NOT travel to Pana that day as a result
- HS Boys Track has added a 3-team home meet on Tuesday 5/7 at home, starts at 4:00 pm
A beautiful day for the Redskin Invitational tonight, with a fitting ending as Sullivan boys and girls both come home with 1st place trophies!
A special shoutout to the boys 4x100 team of Corkill, Fryman, Booker, and Guest and Mason Booker in the 110 hurdles, who both broke their own previous school record times tonight!
SHS FCCLA held their end of year banquet earlier this week to celebrate all of their accomplishments and activities for the year! We recognized our eight seniors for their contributions, honored the year of our IL FCCLA State Officer, Sarina Voegel, awarded medals to our State Conference STAR and Proficiency winners (Kya Allen and Sarina Voegel), and installed a new set of chapter officers!

Softball Schedule Changes
- Due to wet field conditions, the Softball game vs Cumberland has been cancelled, TBA on a reschedule date
- Due to rescheduling issues, the Softball game vs Warresnburg-Latham on Wednesday 5/1 has been cancelled (will not be made up)
- New opponent - Our game on 5/8 will now be played against Central A&M

- Due to rescheduling issues, our game on Monday 5/6 vs Meridian has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled
HS Softball Parents & Fans - Similar to Thursday, for today's home game, do NOT park in the Armory parking lot. They need the space for their drill weekend. Please park on the road or overflow in the grass lot next to the football field
Summer Softball Contact Days are scheduled for June for all HS/Incoming Freshman girls planning to play softball in the Spring.
Contact Days will begin June 4th and be on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturday mornings. Tuesday and Thursdays are from 4:30p to 6:30p and Saturday times are scheduled from 9a to 11a.
We are also looking at entering a Summer League that will run from the middle of June to the middle of July. More details on this Summer League will be provided at a later date. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Denier - denierv@sullivan.k12.il.us
