The Abraham Lincoln Region of the Illinois Principal's Association held their 3rd Annual Student Recognition Breakfast in Springfield this morning. Principals are able to nominate a student from their exiting class for recognition. Honored this morning from Sullivan Schools were the following students:
Natalie Drury, Sullivan High School
Paul Bates, Sullivan Middle School
Mary Crist, Sullivan Elementary School
The students were chosen for displaying outstanding character and leadership. #OneTribe
The SHS BB and SB games scheduled for today 5/2 at Tuscola have been cancelled due to the weather
The BB and SB games suspended with St. Teresa on 4/30 have been rescheduled to 5/8 at 4:30 PM in Sullivan. JV BB scheduled for 5/8 at Warrensburg has been cancelled
The Sullivan Children's Choir got the honor of singing the Star Spangled Banner at the Gateway Grizzlies game today. Word has it that they knocked it out of the park!

Due to projected weather conditions, the Redskin Track Invitational scheduled for today 4/30 has been cancelled
Tickets are still available for the Sullivan Singers Dessert Theater on May 4th and May 5th. Desserts are catered by Griffin's Catering, and tickets can be purchesed in the SHS office during school hours this week.
Tickets will still be available for purchase at the door as well. Saturday show is at 7 pm and the Sunday show is 2 pm. Tickets are $10 each. Come see the final shows for the season and send off our seniors who will be recognized at the Sunday show!

Seats are filling up for the Sullivan Singers and Singers Jr. Dessert Theatre! If you want to pick out a good spot you need to get your tickets ASAP.
To purchase tickets you can now go to Country Financial and Heather Dendy will help you. The address is 625 S. Hamilton St. and they are open from 8:00 – 5:00 M‐F. (they will be closed this Friday the 19th for Good Friday) The week of Dessert Theatre the tickets will be available for purchase in the HS office. Tickets cost $10 each and can be paid with cash or a check made out to Sullivan Singers Boosters.
Show times are Saturday May 4th at 7:00PM as well as Sunday May 5th at 2:00PM. Dessert will be catered by Griffins. They are bringing us 4 dessert options that all sound really yummy! Can't wait to see everyone there!
