Effective July 1, 2021, the Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA) will require school districts to provide additional guarantees that student data is protected when it is being collected by educational technology companies, and that data is used for beneficial purposes only (105 ILCS 85).

Below are the agreements and privacy policies of the educational companies that Sullivan CUSD #300 uses in the classrooms.
