The SHS graduation will be outside on the football field today (Sunday, May 22nd). Seniors need to be in the high school commons by 1:30PM and the ceremony will begin at 2:30PM.

For those attending the Redskins Regional Baseball game this afternoon 5/16 vs. Auburn at 4:30, the field is located at 406 West Maple Street in Auburn.

Sullivan High School will host the IHSA Class A Girls Track Sectional at 4:30 PM on Thursday 5/12. Per the IHSA, admission rates will be $7.00 for each individual. Individuals can either pay cash at the admissions gate or purchase their tickets through the GoFan app at the following link: https://gofan.co/app/events/606694?schoolId=IHSA You will then need to present this ticket at the admissions gate to be allowed entry.

Chase Eller, Junior at Sullivan High School, received a big piece of mail at school today from the Congressional Medal of Honor Society of the United States of America. The document states that they "selected Chase Eller as a 2022 Finalist for the Citizen Honors Award for his conspicuous act of selfless courage in going above and beyond the call of duty in aid to others. Chase is selected for his singular act of heroism on January 22, 2021, for saving a choking baby while dining at a local restaurant. Chase's quick-thinking and knowledge of CPR for young children saved the life of the baby. Chase Eller's selfless action reflects great credit upon himself, his family, and the state of Illinois." Congratulations, Chase!
