The Nets won the Future Redskins Championship last night.
The 5th grade Volleyball team won their tournament this past weekend to end their season with a record of 13-5.
Elin Watkins, Tenley Stollard, and Kiley Grooms led the way in defense and serving ending the tournament with a impressive combined 61 aces. Great job on a fantastic season, ladies! #onetribe
Due to the weather today and additional events on Saturday, the Future Redskins championship game between the Nets and the Warriors has been rescheduled to Tuesday March 1st from 6:00 to 6:45 PM in the SHS gym. Teams should arrive 15 minutes prior to game time.

5th graders at SMS have been learning about space in Science class….today, they are using oreos and their PicCollage app to show their knowledge of the 8 phases of the moon! Of course, the most popular question is, “Do we get to eat them when we are done?” Thank you to all the parents who donated packages of oreos so they could have an extra delicious lesson today! #onetribe

Tonight's SMS Volleyball game, scheduled at home, against LSA, at 6:00 p.m. has been canceled due to lack of officials. The game will not be reschedule. 8th grade will have practice from 3:30-5:30 in the SMS gym, and 7th grade will follow from 5:30-7:30 in the SMS gym. #onetribe
The 7th Grade Boys’ Basketball team hangs on to win their first game of the IESA Class 3A Regional, 31-28, which was played at Tuscola, against Meridian! Congratulations, boys! #onetribe
This is a reminder that at halftime of the JV Boys Basketball game tomorrow 1/25, the Nets will play the Warriors in Future Redskin competition. The JV game starts at 6:00 PM and team members should report to the Northwest corner of they gym when there is 3:00 minutes left in the 2nd quarter of the JV game.
Sullivan Schools are looking to fill coaching vacancies for a high school assistant track coach as well as a 7th grade girls track coach for the upcoming seasons.
