Schedule Update:
The SHS Girls Basketball game @ Cumberland from last night has been rescheduled to February 7th. Varsity only starting at 6:00 pm
According to the CDC, "Many of the germs that live on dry surfaces can live for a very long time – days or even weeks.”
Several NHS members wiped down desks in classrooms and other surfaces around school as part of our monthly service. Thank you, Luke Waelde, Hannah Righter, Easton England, and Kyle Corkill!

An amazing run in the LPC Tournament for our Lady Redskins, they came up short against Arcola in an incredibly hard fought championship game, 52-42
The Redskins move onto the semifinals of the LPC Tournament today with a 59-47 victory over ALAH!
They will play Okaw Valley on Tuesday at 6:30!
Hey Sullivan fans! The cheerleaders are participating in the LPC cheer competition and one of the areas being judged is crowd participation. We need your help to score high in that area, so get your claps and voices ready to cheer with the Redskin cheerleaders throughout our conference tournament run!!

A huge shoutout to our Lady Redskins who defeated Cerro Gordo-Bement 46-13 to earn their place in the Championship game of the LPC Tournament Saturday at 7:00 at Unity Christian!!!
The HS Varsity will participate in the CIC vs NTC shootout at Warrensburg-Latham on 2/10. Their opponent will be Cowden Herrick-Beecher City at 11:30 am!
HS GB Schedule Update:
- Due to low numbers, Villa Grove is unable to play a JV game on 2/1. The HS Girls Basketball game on 2/1 will be Varsity-only starting at 6:00 pm
Next week, SHS's Prevention Theatre group, Mirror Images will perform their self-written play, "Resilience" at the Little Theatre on the Square at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 26th!

Sullivan FCCLA hosted their first cooking camp event, Brunch with the FCCLA bunch, on Saturday, January 13th in the FCS Kitchen at SHS. Nineteen young chefs learned proper kitchen safety tips and techniques, dishwashing tips, proper table manners, and how to set a table. FCCLA members also discussed eating from the rainbow, how to separate egg whites, and how to properly level off ingredients! Several members talked about how each recipe tells a story and later taught these inspiring FCCLA members some basic cooking skills. Following the completion of their recipes, everyone had brunch together! Sullivan FCCLA is looking forward to their next cooking class!

- Next Monday's (1/22) Fresh/Soph matchup at Okaw Valley will only be 1, combined Fresh/Soph game at 6:00 pm
- Next Tuesday (1/23) we have added a HS Girls JV/Varsity game vs Pana at 6:00 pm in the HS Gym
The LPC Boys Basketball Tournament bracket has been released with the SHS Redskins taking the #2 seed! They open tournament play Saturday at 3:30 at ALAH!

The Lady Redskins win their opening round LPC Tournament game over Unity Christian, 71-10!
They will play Cerro Gordo in the semifinals Thursday night at 6:00 at Unity Christian!
With school being cancelled tomorrow (1/16), administration will make a decision regarding extracurricular activities by no later than noon.
Regardless, nothing will be allowed to start until at least 1 pm

Fresh/Soph Boys Basketball Change:
For Monday, CAM does not have the numbers to play 2 games, so we will play 1, combined Fresh/Soph game on Monday starting at 6:00 pm
Parents/Guardians going to the Fresh/Soph game at Shelbyville tonight: the Sophomore game will be played FIRST at 6:00 pm, followed by a Freshman game at approximately 7:15 pm

As a result, the girls receive a 1st round bye and will play the winner of Argenta-Oreana & Unity Christian on Monday at 5:00 pm at Unity Christian High School!
