The SES PTO and the Sullivan Ministerial Association are partnering up to help provide free school supplies to students who qualify for free and/or reduced lunch. The attached form will also be sent home with SES students and made available in the SMS and SHS offices. Forms must be returned to the SES office no later than June 15th.
