DMH will be offering sports physicals this Thursday July 23rd from 4:00-7:00 PM in the SHS gym. Cost is $25.00 and if paying by check, made out to Decatur Memorial Hospital. Appointments must be made in advance and can be done so by calling the SHS office at 217-728-8311 extension 1224. This only qualifies for sports physicals and not a school physical.
When arriving for your physical appointment, please park in the back parking lot of the high school and enter through the west doors leading into the back of the high school gym. Also, all individuals entering the building must have a mask on per the Illinois Department of Public Health.

SHS Player-Parent Meeting for those interested in Football, Football Cheer, Golf, Cross Country, Volleyball, and Girls Swimming will be held on Monday 8/10 at 6:00 PM at the high school.
Check out this week's meals! We are still delivering door-to-door to anyone who would like to receive meals. Just a reminder that, for this week only, meals normally delivered on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday. Those receiving meals on Wednesday and Thursday will still be delivered on their normal day and time. Additionally, the last day for in-person pick-up at SES will be Tuesday, June 30, but anyone can still be added to the delivery list by emailing Becky Batman at batmanb@sullivan.k12.il.us. Meals will continue to be provided to anyone age 18 and under at no cost through August 7th.
SHS Marching Band will be hosting a Color Guard workshop for those interested in participating in Color Guard this year on Thursday July 9th. Please see the attached flyer for additional details!
SOV High School Football Cheer will be conducting a clinic and tryouts on the following dates for those high school students interested in trying out:
July 13: 1-3 PM in the SHS gym
July 14: 11:30 AM-1:30 PM in the SHS gym
July 15: 1:00-3:00 PM in the SHS gym

Throughout June, Meals may be picked up in the SES kitchen from 9-11am Monday through Friday. June Meal Delivery will also start next week. Delivery times will be communicated on Monday, with deliveries occurring Tuesday through Thursday.
For the month of June, Sullivan Schools will continue to provide FREE meals to anyone 18 and under in our area. Meals will be available daily from 9-11am in the SES Kitchen for Pick-Up. Anyone who is currently on the Rural Bus list will remain on the list and does not need to complete this form. The In-Town Buses will not run in June, but we plan to deliver door-to-door to ANYONE who would like to receive meals. This will occur one day per week with 5 days of meals per child. Please complete the following form by 5pm on May 21st in order to allow for appropriate ordering of food and arrangement of delivery schedule. Everyone receiving meals (including Rural Meal recipients) will be contacted during the last week of May to communicate your expected delivery date and time. We encourage ALL students to take advantage of this free program.
