mural

Even though our hallways were empty for five months, Sullivan Middle School did not stop preparing for the day students would return. On top of the deep cleaning and floor waxing that is part of every summer here at Sullivan Schools, there was one very special project taking place on the second floor. The brainchild of Mr. Troy Rogers and parent volunteer Megan Harden, the mural stretches for nearly 50 feet, from floor to ceiling, down the Science Hallway. Multiple teachers assisted with the effort, coming in on a rotation basis to help get paint on the wall to help Harden's design come to life. There are plans to populate the bottom half of the mural with aquatic life later in the school year.
