Austin is new to our band program this year, and he has been a great addition to our program and school! He arrived with prior experience since his other school started band earlier, and he has served as a great model and positive presence each day. Even with this extra experience, he has never gloated or complained about our music, which is quite mature for a 6th grader. No matter how he is feeling, he greets those around him and treats other students with respect.
